Enzymolysis principle:

Under certain temperature, PH value and substrate concentration, Bromelin can decompose the protein and produce peptone, polypeptide,and amino acid etc.

Application range:

May use in the food industry (meats processing, fruits and vegetables processing, beer processing, baking, meats/bone extraction and other extractive), pharmaceutical industry, textile industry, tannery industry, feed industry, cosmetics profession, and wash profession etc.

Suitable condition:

The reaction temperature is 30-45℃, and PH value is 6-7; generally the application amount is 0.2-1.0%.

Toxicity remains:

This product after microfiltration, ultrafiltration, concentration, and produces in the stainless steel household utensils, avoids from remains of heavy metal (aluminum, mercury, arsenic and so on), its index only is 1/1000,000 or 2/1000,000 , much lower than the national cosmetics standard , does not have any side effect.

Matters needing attention:

Bromelin is a biological activity material, may easily suppressived destructived by oxidant  and heavy metal  (Fe3+, Cu2+, Hg+, Pb+ and so on), should avoid with its contacting.
